Privacy policy
The data controller details are missing. Until they are published here, this policy is incomplete and no email address should be collected.
What we collect
Your name, your email and your phone number, plus what you answer in the form: when you could start, how much you can invest and why you want in. We also store which part of the page you sent it from, the language you signed up in and the date you gave your consent.
What we use it for
To send you the free class, to let you know when the course opens and to work out whether it is a fit for you before we offer it. We may call or message the phone number you give us. Nothing else: we do not send third-party advertising and we do not sell or share the list.
On what legal basis
On your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it whenever you want, and withdrawing it has no consequences for you.
How long we keep it
Until the course opens and the launch period ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.
If you are a student on the course
Inside the course we store which lessons you open and which ones you finish, so we can tell you where you are and so we know whether the course works. We also store the IP address you connect from, the city and country the server reports, and the type of browser. We do not use that to track you: we use it to spot shared accounts, because access is personal. Addresses are deleted automatically after ninety days. The legal basis here is not your consent but our legitimate interest in making sure a course paid for by one person is not used by several.
Who else sees it
We work with three companies acting as processors, each only for its own part: Supabase stores the data, Vercel hosts the site and Resend sends the emails, so it receives your address and your name. All three may process data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses. Nobody else sees the list, and we do not sell or share it.
What you can ask us for
To access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to the processing and take it elsewhere. Write to us and we will sort it out. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
